The flat is located on the first floor of the owner's house, Menchu.

The first floor is entirely private and measures 65m2. It sleeps 6 people.

It has a bathroom, separate WC, 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 single beds or a double bed) and a living room with a sofa bed and futon.

There is also a fully private outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

The flat is accessed via the entrance to the main house, where the staircase leads to the first floor. The owner lives on the ground floor and invites you to share her fully equipped kitchen.

This accommodation has been fully equipped for your comfort (Tedibear mattress, 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy bath towels, shower & bath, large basins, separate toilet, new bath and shower, etc.).

In the morning, a delicious gourmet breakfast will be served in the owner's shared kitchen, or on the terrace when the weather is fine.

You can also make the most of the estate's 4,000m2 wooded garden, which includes a heated swimming pool from May to September, an outdoor jacuzzi, a chicken coop and a vegetable garden!

You can also take part in on-site sporting activities such as badminton, table tennis, football, trampoline, etc.

The outdoor spaces and facilities are shared with the owner, her dog Tao and the other accommodation (there are 3 more at the Atelier).
